Job Requirements
- Must demonstrate ability to meet company standard for guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Must follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus
- Must serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Must have knowledge of beer wine varieties and spirits available
- Must pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- Must check guest's ID to verify age
- Must communicate cut-offs as required
- Must listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- Must de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security when needed
- Must contact management if unable to resolve issues
- Must handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank
- Must maintain clean and sanitary work station
- Must ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
Job Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn or have knowledge of various beer wine varieties and spirits available and suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for alcohol purchase
- Communicate a cut-off to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if guests become confrontational belligerent or use extreme profanity
- Contact management if unable to resolve issues or make decisions beyond standard scope
- Request additional or restock product as required
- Handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank at the bar
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station at all times
- Ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Perform other duties such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization as required
