Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months or more bartending experience
- knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash accurately
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- must be personable and professional

Job Duties
- demonstrate ability to meet company standards for excellent guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and state/federal regulations
- learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine varieties, and spirits to guests
- pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
- check guest’s ID to verify minimum age for alcohol purchase
- communicate cut-off to guests as required
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations
- contact management or security if a guest is confrontational, belligerent, or uses extreme profanity
- request additional or restock product as required
- handle cash accurately and manage issued bank at the bar
- maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- set-up and breakdown bar equipment and assist with organization of the cooler as assigned
