Job Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or event venue
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Must have responsible beverage service certification such as TIPS
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or event venue preferred
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
  • Exceptional multitasking, communication, and customer service skills
  • Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about creating an unforgettable guest experience
  • Must meet state and local alcohol service requirements such as TIPS or similar responsible beverage service certification
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with The Dome's event schedule

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately while maintaining high presentation standards
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent service and fostering a lively atmosphere
  • Recommend premium drink selections and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales
  • Process transactions efficiently using the venue's point-of-sale system while following cash-handling procedures
  • Stock, clean, and maintain the bar area before, during, and after shifts to ensure a smooth operation
  • Follow all responsible beverage service laws and venue policies, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption
  • Work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to maintain seamless service throughout events
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment
