Job Duties
- Meet the company standard for excellent guest service interaction and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell beer wine and spirits
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- Check guest IDs to verify minimum age for alcohol purchase
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
- Respond to customer requests and concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- Contact management for decisions beyond standard scope
- Request and restock product as required
- Handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and bar equipment
- Perform bar setup breakdown and organize cooler as assigned
