Job Duties

  • Meet the company standard for excellent guest service interaction and uniform standards
  • Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following all state and federal regulations
  • Learn and suggestively upsell beer wine and spirits
  • Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
  • Check guest IDs to verify minimum age for alcohol purchase
  • Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
  • Respond to customer requests and concerns
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
  • Contact management for decisions beyond standard scope
  • Request and restock product as required
  • Handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and bar equipment
  • Perform bar setup breakdown and organize cooler as assigned
