Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months experience bartending
- knowledge of state and federal alcohol service regulations
- ability to handle cash accurately
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow uniform standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks including state and federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol
- learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits available and suggestively upsell products to guests
- pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- check guest’s ID in accordance with state and federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages
- communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
- listen and respond to any customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- contact management if unable to resolve issues beyond standard decision-making
- request additional product or restock product as required
- handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank at the bar
- maintain clean and sanitary work station at all times and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with organization of the cooler
