Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand and work for long periods

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn or have knowledge of various beers, wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
- Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement
- Communicate a cut-off to guests as necessary
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- Request additional product or restock as required
- Handle cash accurately and be responsible for bar cash bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Perform other duties such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
