Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months or more bartending experience
- valid alcohol service certification
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong interpersonal skills
- accurate cash handling
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- must demonstrate ability to meet company standard for excellent guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- follow bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide service as described
- serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and state/federal regulations
- learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits
- pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- check guests’ IDs for minimum age verification
- communicate cut-offs to guests as required
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations, contact management or security if necessary
- contact management if unable to resolve issues
- request additional or restock product as needed
- handle cash accurately and responsibly
- maintain clean and sanitary work station and well-maintained bar equipment
- perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with organizing the cooler
- other duties as assigned
