- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service
- Serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
- Check guest's ID to verify minimum age for purchasing alcohol
- Communicate a cut-off to guests responsibly
- Respond to customer requests and concerns promptly
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management/security if needed
- Request or restock products as required
- Handle cash accurately and maintain issued bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and bar equipment
- Assist with set-up, breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
