- accurate cash handling skills
- ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform standards
- follow bar pre-shift notes and provide service as described
- serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations
- learn and suggestively upsell various beer wine and spirits
- pour drinks responsibly according to standards
- check guest ID to verify minimum age
- communicate cut-off to guests as required
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed
- request or restock products as required
- handle cash accurately and manage assigned bank
- maintain clean and sanitary work station and equipment
- perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
