Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform standards
  • follow bar pre-shift notes and provide service as described
  • serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations
  • learn and suggestively upsell various beer wine and spirits
  • pour drinks responsibly according to standards
  • check guest ID to verify minimum age
  • communicate cut-off to guests as required
  • listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
  • de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed
  • request or restock products as required
  • handle cash accurately and manage assigned bank
  • maintain clean and sanitary work station and equipment
  • perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
