Job Requirements
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed and work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Preferred bartending school education

Job Duties
- Demonstrate excellent guest service, interact professionally with co-workers, and maintain uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide beverage service
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving size standards
- Verify guest ID to ensure compliance with minimum age requirements
- Communicate alcohol service cut-offs to guests as necessary
- Address customer requests and concerns professionally
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security when required
- Handle cash accurately and maintain the issued bank at the bar
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation and bar equipment
- Assist with set-up, breakdown, and organization of bar equipment and cooler
