Job Requirements
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- TABC certification
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours

Job Duties
- Meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- Check guest's ID in accordance with state and federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement
- Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
- Listen and respond to any customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- Contact management if unable to resolve an issue beyond standard decision-making
- Request additional product or restock product as required
- Handle cash accurately and manage issued bank at the bar
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and organization of the cooler
