Job Requirements

  • Six months or more bartending experience
  • Ability to handle cash accurately
  • Ability to manage guest interactions professionally
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of state and federal alcohol service laws
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to maintain attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Six months or more experience bartending
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
  • Bartending school preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate excellent guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
  • Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations
  • Learn and suggestively upsell beer, wine, and spirits
  • Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
  • Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirements
  • Communicate cut-offs and manage intoxicated guest situations
  • Handle cash accurately and manage assigned bank
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work station and bar equipment
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment
