- Six months or more bartending experience
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Meet company standards for excellent guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
- Verify guest IDs to ensure minimum age compliance
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Contact management for decisions beyond standard scope
- Request and restock products as needed
- Handle cash accurately and manage bar bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and equipment
- Set up and break down bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
