Job Duties
- Meet company standards for guest service, interaction, and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus
- Serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggest upselling of various beer, wine, and spirits
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- Check guest IDs to verify minimum age
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- Request additional product or restock as required
- Handle cash accurately and maintain issued bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and bar equipment
- Set up and break down bar equipment
- Assist with cooler organization
