Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide service accordingly
- Serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirit products
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirements
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as necessary
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and involve management or security if needed
- Contact management if unable to resolve issues
- Restock products as required
- Handle cash accurately and maintain issued bank
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure equipment is well maintained
- Assist with bar equipment set-up and breakdown and cooler organization as needed
