Job Duties

  • Meet company standards for excellent guest service, Interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
  • Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and regulations
  • Learn and suggestively upsell beer, wine and spirits to guests
  • Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
  • Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age
  • Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
  • Listen and respond to customer requests and concerns
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
  • Request additional or restock product as needed
  • Handle cash accurately and manage bar bank
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and equipment
  • Set up and break down bar equipment, assist with cooler organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned
