Job Duties
- Meet company standards for excellent guest service, Interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus
- Serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell beer, wine and spirits to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
- Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests and concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Request additional or restock product as needed
- Handle cash accurately and manage bar bank
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and equipment
- Set up and break down bar equipment, assist with cooler organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
