Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of state and federal alcohol serving laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bartending certification preferred

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and regulations
- Learn and suggest various beer, wine, and spirits for upselling
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving size standards
- Check guest’s ID in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate a cut-off to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Request additional products or restock product as required
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstation
- Ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
- Act professionally at all times around tour personnel
