Job Requirements
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as self-directed in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and long hours
- Bartending school preferred

Job Duties
- Demonstrate company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide specified service
- Serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and state/federal regulations
- Learn and have knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits to suggestively upsell products
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
- Check guest IDs to verify minimum age for alcohol purchase in compliance with regulations
- Communicate cut-off to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Contact management when unable to resolve issues beyond standard decision-making
- Request additional product or restock as required
- Handle cash accurately and be responsible for the issued bank at the bar
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
- Perform other assigned duties as required
