Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years bartending experience
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Current alcohol service certification preferred
- Food handlers certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years bartending experience, preferably in a catering, banquet, or high-volume event setting
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment operation
- Current alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) preferred as well as Food Handlers
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Set up and break down bar service areas for catered events, including stocking beverages, glassware, garnishes, and necessary equipment
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company and event specifications
- Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, tools, and service equipment in accordance with food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Handle credit card transactions and reconcile sales at the end of each event when required
- Collaborate with catering team members to ensure smooth service flow and timely guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly to guest needs, questions, or concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow company policies regarding responsible service, safety, and operational procedures
