Job Requirements
- Minimum six months bartending experience
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow state and federal alcohol service laws
- Must maintain excellent attendance

- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
- Bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interact professionally with co-workers, follow uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide beverage service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Possess knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and suggestively upsell products
- Pour drinks responsibly according to serving size standards
- Check guest IDs to verify minimum legal drinking age
- Communicate alcohol service cut-offs
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- Contact management when decisions exceed standard scope
- Request and restock bar products as necessary
- Handle cash accurately and maintain issued bank
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work station and bar equipment
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
