Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum six months bartending experience
ability to handle cash accurately
ability to work nights, weekends, and long hours
strong communication skills
knowledge of alcohol service laws
ability to work well under pressure
willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

six months or more bartending experience
accurate cash handling skills
ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and long hours
bartending school preferred

Job Duties

demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service
serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and legal regulations
learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirit varieties
pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
verify guest IDs in compliance with laws
communicate cut-offs to guests as needed
listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
de-escalate intoxicated guest situations or contact management/security if required
request additional or restock products as necessary
handle cash accurately and manage bar bank
maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is well maintained
perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist in cooler organization
