Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of bartending experience
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work events as scheduled

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours
- Bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for excellent guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn and have knowledge of various beer wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving size standards
- Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for alcoholic beverages
- Communicate cut-off to guest as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if required
- Contact management if unable to resolve issues beyond scope of decision-making
- Request additional product or restock product as required
- Handle cash accurately and be responsible for the cash bank at the bar
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstation at all times
- Ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Perform other duties such as setup and breakdown of bar equipment and assisting with cooler organization
