Job Requirements
- Minimum six months bartending experience
- Accurate cash handling ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- Self-directed and team-oriented work approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and long shifts
- Bartending school preferred

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and comply with state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine varieties and spirits to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
- Check guest ID to verify age requirements for alcoholic beverage purchases
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security when necessary
- Contact management if unable to resolve or beyond decision-making scope
- Request additional or restock products as needed
- Handle cash accurately and maintain issued bank at the bar
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and bar equipment
- Other duties as assigned such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
