Job Requirements
- Six months or more experience bartending in high volume environment
- Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through POS system
- Must possess or be willing to obtain valid ServSafe Alcohol certificate
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours

- Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or ability to learn about various beer wine and spirits
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess or be willing to obtain valid ServSafe Alcohol certificate
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours
- Bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state federal regulations
- Learn or have knowledge of various beer wine varieties and spirits and be able to suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for alcoholic beverage purchase
- Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
- Listen and respond to any customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Contact management if unable to resolve or make decisions beyond standard scope
- Request additional or restock product as required
- Handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank at bar
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Perform other duties such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assisting with cooler organization
