Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Must comply with company uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must complete the full application process after initial online submission

Job Qualifications

  • Six months or more experience bartending
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours
  • Bartending school preferred

Job Duties

  • Meet the company standard for excellent guest service interaction and uniform standards
  • Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide described service
  • Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Learn and suggestively upsell beer wine and spirits to guests
  • Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
  • Verify guests' IDs to meet legal minimum age requirements
  • Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
  • Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed
  • Request additional or restock products as necessary
  • Handle cash transactions accurately maintaining assigned bank
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work station and bar equipment
  • Perform setup and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
  • Contact management if issues exceed scope of decision-making
