Job Requirements
- Must have and maintain current Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications
- At least 1 year bartending experience
- Prior server experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of wine, liquor and beer
- Must agree and adhere to compensation acknowledgment and tip reporting guidelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place moderate weight objects
Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English verbally and in writing

Job Duties
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing proper attire and name tag
- Provide outstanding service to guests, members and other staff in a professional manner
- Produce drinks according to standard recipes and deliver to guests as needed
- Maintain familiarity with wine list, stemware and garnishes
- Keep bar stocked and clean at all times
- Monitor inventory
- Ensure consistency in cocktail presentation and recipes
- Maintain full familiarity with menus and beverage offerings
- Enforce policies related to TABC laws
- Assist with front of house tasks such as greeting tables and polishing glassware
- Assist in orientation and training of new associates
- Participate in department meetings and trainings
- Perform other duties as assigned by restaurant manager
