Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Six months or more bartending experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Meet the company standard for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggest various beer, wine varieties and spirits to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards
- Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- Contact management if unable to resolve issues or make decisions beyond standard scope
- Request additional product or restock product as required
- Handle cash accurately and manage assigned bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
