Job Requirements
- 1-3 years relevant bartending experience
- excellent knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and service
- ability to keep the bar organized and clean
- fluency in English
- ability to communicate clearly
- basic arithmetic computations
- proven bartender experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a bartender in a high-quality full service or fast casual environment
- excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- ability to maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar
- fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal preferred
- ability to provide legible communication and directions
- basic arithmetic skills
Job Duties
- mixing and serving drinks according to guest preferences and menu offerings
- creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
- learning and adhering to Palihouse's service steps, products, menu, and systems
- collaborating with the team to maintain smooth bar and restaurant operations
- restocking and prepping the bar as necessary
- communicating guest feedback to bar and restaurant management
- working with hotel staff to promote bar offerings and exclusive guest promotions
