Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years bartending experience strongly preferred
- extensive wine knowledge strongly preferred
- one-year restaurant experience required
- pleasant personality required
- excellent communication skills in a loud environment required
- able state alcohol certification and food handler certification required prior to first day worked
- must live within 50 miles of the hotel

Job Duties
- Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes
- familiarize with the wine list and appropriate stemware and garnishes
- follow procedures in employee manual and bartender's manual including jigger pour and making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros
- keep bar stocked and clean following sidework sheet
- monitor inventory
- ensure consistency in cocktail presentation and recipes
- enforce policies related to liquor liability laws
- be familiar with property amenities and other restaurants
