Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years bartending experience or related education/training
  • State Food Handler’s License and Mixologist Permit
  • Proficiency with computerized Point of Sale systems
  • Ability to perform essential job functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of liquor laws and cash handling procedures

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of related education, training and/or experience
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Familiarity with operation of standard bar equipment
  • Knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve inspired cocktails and beverages confidently
  • Utilize computerized POS system for order entry and cash handling
  • Maintain and operate all bar equipment properly
  • Adhere strictly to liquor laws and regulations
  • Provide distinctive guest experiences with professionalism and hospitality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
