Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years bartending experience or related education/training
- State Food Handler’s License and Mixologist Permit
- Proficiency with computerized Point of Sale systems
- Ability to perform essential job functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of liquor laws and cash handling procedures
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of related education, training and/or experience
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Familiarity with operation of standard bar equipment
- Knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve inspired cocktails and beverages confidently
- Utilize computerized POS system for order entry and cash handling
- Maintain and operate all bar equipment properly
- Adhere strictly to liquor laws and regulations
- Provide distinctive guest experiences with professionalism and hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
