Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Adherence to all state and federal alcohol service laws
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Bartending license not required to start
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, co-worker interaction, and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide described service
- Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties, and spirits and upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- Check guest identification in compliance with legal minimum age requirements
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Contact management if unable to resolve issues beyond standard decision-making scope
- Request and restock product as required
- Handle cash accurately and maintain responsibility for the bar bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and well-maintained
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist in organization of cooler as assigned
