Job Requirements
- Must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful applicants must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Neat appearance and friendly personality
- Must attend TIPs certification training after hire if not certified
Job Qualifications
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at large or small events with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- High energy, a fun-loving personality
- TIPs certified preferred
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivate return business
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests within the standards of the Fox Theatre
- Maintain daily inventories behind bars at the beginning and end of shift
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas including bar, floor, shelves, taps, coolers, and storage areas
- Attend all training classes on product knowledge and service standards
- Upsell items and create new beverage recipes
- Handle basic cleaning duties and other duties as directed
