Job Duties
- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
- Prepare and serve beverages to Funlab standards with speed, accuracy, and flair
- Serve food and drinks throughout the venue, including bars and event spaces
- Drive sales on every shift - smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
- Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
- Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
- Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs
