Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations and ID checking
Ability to stand for long periods
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with guests
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash and payments

Job Duties

Make personal connections with guests to create loyalty through engaging conversations
Participate in company’s Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS program
Follow company standard for BARS program and check guests identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements
Read and organize tickets to quickly and accurately serve guests and manage large crowds
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standard operating procedures
Replace kegs and restock bottle beer and alcohol when necessary
Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures, including tracking waste
Monitor inventory levels of stemware, glassware, garnishes, etc., prepare and clean these items to replenish inventory
Take food and beverage orders from serving staff and directly from guests
Collect and process guest payments accurately
Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking
Maintain clean and sanitary bar area, equipment, blenders and perform glass washing
Perform FOH support opening and/or closing duties for operational cleanliness
Perform other duties as assigned by management
