Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations and ID checking
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with guests
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
Job Duties
- Make personal connections with guests to create loyalty through engaging conversations
- Participate in company’s Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS program
- Follow company standard for BARS program and check guests identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements
- Read and organize tickets to quickly and accurately serve guests and manage large crowds
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standard operating procedures
- Replace kegs and restock bottle beer and alcohol when necessary
- Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures, including tracking waste
- Monitor inventory levels of stemware, glassware, garnishes, etc., prepare and clean these items to replenish inventory
- Take food and beverage orders from serving staff and directly from guests
- Collect and process guest payments accurately
- Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking
- Maintain clean and sanitary bar area, equipment, blenders and perform glass washing
- Perform FOH support opening and/or closing duties for operational cleanliness
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
