Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations and ID checking
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with guests
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and payments

Job Duties

  • Make personal connections with guests to create loyalty through engaging conversations
  • Participate in company’s Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS program
  • Follow company standard for BARS program and check guests identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements
  • Read and organize tickets to quickly and accurately serve guests and manage large crowds
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standard operating procedures
  • Replace kegs and restock bottle beer and alcohol when necessary
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures, including tracking waste
  • Monitor inventory levels of stemware, glassware, garnishes, etc., prepare and clean these items to replenish inventory
  • Take food and beverage orders from serving staff and directly from guests
  • Collect and process guest payments accurately
  • Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking
  • Maintain clean and sanitary bar area, equipment, blenders and perform glass washing
  • Perform FOH support opening and/or closing duties for operational cleanliness
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
