- Previous experience in food and beverage or bartender position
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Physical stamina to lift moderate weights
- Capacity to stand for extended periods
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Genuine desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide customized drink recommendations and engage guests in casual conversation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to sanitation standards
- Operate bar equipment safely and efficiently
- Comply with state and local serving laws and guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar area
