Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of mixology and bar equipment
- Ability to follow sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand and lift moderate amounts of weight
- Understanding of state and local serving guidelines

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Hyatt standards
- Provide customized beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all state and local alcohol serving regulations
- Engage guests in friendly and casual conversation
- Monitor stock levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and guest safety
