- Possess TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
- Possess Food handler safety training card
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and whiskey
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style and a warm smile
- Provide friendly, personable, efficient, and helpful service
- Maintain high awareness of the bar area
- Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily
- Write food and drink orders accurately and according to request
- Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Collect money and handle cash and credit card transactions following policies
- Prepare and serve beverages according to quality standards
- Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Deliver food and drink orders with proper placement
- Cut fruits to garnish drinks
- Polish and roll silverware
- Transport plates, bowls, and glasses to appropriate stations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and sweep mop service bar floor
- Replace beer kegs and CO2
- Replenish condiments like straws, napkins, and ice
- Perform opening and closing duties such as cleaning and food prep
- Assemble and dismantle workstation
- Maintain beverage inventory at proper temperatures and restock bar as needed
