Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Possess TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Possess Food handler safety training card
  • Strong knowledge of craft beer and whiskey
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with personal style and a warm smile
  • Provide friendly, personable, efficient, and helpful service
  • Maintain high awareness of the bar area
  • Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily
  • Write food and drink orders accurately and according to request
  • Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Collect money and handle cash and credit card transactions following policies
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to quality standards
  • Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
  • Deliver food and drink orders with proper placement
  • Cut fruits to garnish drinks
  • Polish and roll silverware
  • Transport plates, bowls, and glasses to appropriate stations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and sweep mop service bar floor
  • Replace beer kegs and CO2
  • Replenish condiments like straws, napkins, and ice
  • Perform opening and closing duties such as cleaning and food prep
  • Assemble and dismantle workstation
  • Maintain beverage inventory at proper temperatures and restock bar as needed
