Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails beer wine and non-alcoholic options while following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Provide customized drink recommendations based on guests' preferences and menu pairings
- Maintain an attractive well-stocked and organized bar area ensuring cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards
- Engage in casual friendly conversation with guests fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Operate bar equipment including mixers blenders and espresso machines with proficiency and care
- Monitor and manage inventory ensuring all bar supplies are adequately stocked
- Follow state and local serving guidelines including age verification and responsible alcohol service policies
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service
