Job Qualifications

  • familiarity with current trends in mixology and beverage presentation
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, while following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • provide customized drink recommendations based on guests' preferences and menu pairings
  • maintain an attractive, well-stocked, and organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards
  • engage in casual, friendly conversation with guests, fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
  • operate bar equipment, including mixers, blenders, and espresso machines, with proficiency and care
  • monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all bar supplies are adequately stocked
  • follow state and local serving guidelines, including age verification and responsible alcohol service policies
  • collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service
