Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, while following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- provide customized drink recommendations based on guests' preferences and menu pairings
- maintain an attractive, well-stocked, and organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards
- engage in casual, friendly conversation with guests, fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- operate bar equipment, including mixers, blenders, and espresso machines, with proficiency and care
- monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all bar supplies are adequately stocked
- follow state and local serving guidelines, including age verification and responsible alcohol service policies
- collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service
