Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
- Ability to work on call and flexible schedule
- Knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Proficiency in using bar equipment
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, while following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Provide customized drink recommendations based on guests' preferences and menu pairings
- Maintain an attractive, well-stocked, and organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards
- Engage in casual, friendly conversation with guests, fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Operate bar equipment, including mixers, blenders, and espresso machines, with proficiency and care
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all bar supplies are adequately stocked
- Follow state and local serving guidelines, including age verification and responsible alcohol service policies
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service
