Job Requirements

  • Ability to work on call and flexible schedule
  • Knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, while following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Provide customized drink recommendations based on guests' preferences and menu pairings
  • Maintain an attractive, well-stocked, and organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards
  • Engage in casual, friendly conversation with guests, fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Operate bar equipment, including mixers, blenders, and espresso machines, with proficiency and care
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all bar supplies are adequately stocked
  • Follow state and local serving guidelines, including age verification and responsible alcohol service policies
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service
