Job Requirements

- Ability to work on an on-call basis with flexible scheduling

Job Duties
- Prepare, serve, and present alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, brand standards, and event specifications
- Set up, stock, and break down portable and permanent banquet bars
- Ensure all bars are fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas before, during, and after events
- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol service laws
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests in a high-volume setting
- Accurately handle cash, tickets, or hosted bar procedures as assigned
