Job Requirements
- Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
- Ability to perform essential functions on computerized Point of Sale system
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Knowledge of proper operation of all bar equipment
- Ability to handle cash following standard procedures

- Adhere to all applicable liquor laws and regulations ensuring compliance
- Manage proper use and maintenance of all bar equipment
- Follow standard cash handling procedures responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and expertly maintained bar environment
