Job Requirements

  • Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
  • Ability to perform essential functions on computerized Point of Sale system
  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Knowledge of proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Ability to handle cash following standard procedures

  • Operate computerized Point of Sale systems accurately for efficient transaction processing
  • Adhere to all applicable liquor laws and regulations ensuring compliance
  • Manage proper use and maintenance of all bar equipment
  • Follow standard cash handling procedures responsibly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and expertly maintained bar environment
