Job Requirements

  • state Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit
  • at least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • ability to perform essential functions on computerized Point of Sale system
  • working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • working knowledge of proper operation of all bar equipment
  • working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures

Job Qualifications

  • working knowledge of beverage mixing techniques
  • proficiency with bar equipment
  • knowledge of applicable liquor laws
  • ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system
  • valid State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit
