Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures
- experience with POS systems, preferably MICROS
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- knowledge of liquor control laws and sanitation standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders
- courteously and efficiently serve food and beverages to guests in lounge, magic show, pool bar, banquets, and restaurant
- collect payments
- assist in maintenance of bar area
- make drinks for restaurant food servers and cocktail servers
- suggest cocktails, wines, or non-alcoholic beverages and upsell premium products
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures
- maintain knowledge of bar inventory and wine selection
- prepare drinks according to servers' and guests' orders
- stock and order supplies and glassware
- provide excellent customer service and menu knowledge
- utilize MICROS POS to enter orders and process payments
- keep bar and floor areas clean
- complete side work assignments to standards
- prepare bar garnishes and mix juices
- follow Department of Health sanitation and food safety guidelines
- comply with Department of liquor control laws
- handle cash, checks, and credit cards according to policies
- perform manual and electronic transactions
- perform other duties as assigned
