Job Requirements
- Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to lift, push and pull occasionally
- Knowledge of mixology and bar equipment
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous bartending experience preferred

- Confidence in knowledge of menu and beverage (alcohol, beer and wine) offerings

- Ability to foster a positive working relationship with departmental and support role colleagues to enhance teamwork
Job Duties
- Provide libations and offer customized beverage recommendations
- Maintain an attractive and well-stocked bar area
- Adhere to state and local serving guidelines
- Engage guests with casual conversation and personalized service
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Assist with pre and post shift bar setup and cleanup
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience
