Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years restaurant experience preferred
- BARSAFE certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must comply with safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and food in an expedient manner
- Establish positive guest relations and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- Maintain a clean, orderly bar in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to all company recipes and portion standards to achieve planned product costs
- Report to work promptly and maintain a professional appearance and hygiene
- Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties as needed
- Follow emergency procedures and all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
