Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years restaurant experience preferred
  • BARSAFE certification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Must comply with safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Willingness to work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and food in an expedient manner
  • Establish positive guest relations and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
  • Maintain a clean, orderly bar in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Adhere to all company recipes and portion standards to achieve planned product costs
  • Report to work promptly and maintain a professional appearance and hygiene
  • Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties as needed
  • Follow emergency procedures and all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
