Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or related experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve consistent high-quality cocktails and food in a timely manner
  • Establish positive guest relations and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as priority
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar
  • Adhere to portion standards and company recipes to achieve planned product costs
  • Report to work on time and maintain uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and report potentially unsafe conditions
  • Cooperate with management and coworkers to assist others and communicate suggestions for improvement
