- Previous bartending or related experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve consistent high-quality cocktails and food in a timely manner
- Establish positive guest relations and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as priority
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar
- Adhere to portion standards and company recipes to achieve planned product costs
- Report to work on time and maintain uniform and personal hygiene standards
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and report potentially unsafe conditions
- Cooperate with management and coworkers to assist others and communicate suggestions for improvement
