Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to work independently and outdoors
  • TIPS and Title IV certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine and liquor service
  • Proficient with POS touch-system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • 2 years bartending experience
  • Fast paced, fine dining and a passion for craft & mindful mixology preferred
  • Proficient with POS touch-system
  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine and liquor service as well as responsible service of alcohol
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Able to work independently and outdoors
  • TIPS and Title IV certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Assure opening checklist is completed and restaurant is prepared for opening
  • Observe customers as they sit down at pool and assure they are greeted promptly and properly and seated in a friendly manner
  • Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages
  • Monitor and observe guest's overall experience
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with food and service
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or problems
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant's standard drink recipes
