- Effective time management and task prioritization skills

Job Duties
- Genuinely connect and communicate with all guests to ensure a remarkably consistent experience
- Effectively finesse the menu and communicate knowledge about activities, food, and bar menus
- Execute beverage production according to Shorty’s X specifications and recipes
- Go the extra step to accommodate guest requests and suggestions
- Continuously ensure every guest leaves satisfied and happy and connect them to a manager when needed
- Proactively assist other bartenders and servers with bar or floor maintenance, running food or beverages, side duties, and assisting to take payments
- Take the time to effectively learn and memorize new menu items and procedures
- Work each shift with a safety mindset, being proactive about food safety, employee and guest hazards, and allergy policies
- Live the company’s core values including standards, hospitality, ownership, respect and responsibility, trust, collective teamwork, and self-awareness
