Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 1 year of related bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to stand and move for long periods
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle cash and operate payment registers
  • legal eligibility to work in the city and state
  • willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • reliable and nurturing of a healthy/safe working environment
  • 0 to 1 year of related experience
  • ability to make a wide range of drink recipes accurately
  • if applicable, holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend in city and state of work

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
  • slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
  • record all sales, collect money, operate cash/credit card/electronic payment register
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
