Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of related bartending or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand and move for long periods
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and operate payment registers
- legal eligibility to work in the city and state
- willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable and nurturing of a healthy/safe working environment
- 0 to 1 year of related experience
- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes accurately
- if applicable, holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend in city and state of work
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
